Abstract Submission
The Abstracts/Extended Abstracts will be accepted only via the Online Submission form.
Format Requirements:
• Word limit: 200-250 words
• Keywords: 3-5 relevant terms
• Language: English only
• Submission method: Online system exclusively
Structured Abstract Format: All submissions must follow this four-section structure:
• Purpose: Research objectives and key questions addressed
• Design/Methodology: Research approach, methods, and analytical framework
• Findings: Principal results and key insights
• Originality: Contribution to the field and implications for practice
Review and Notification Process:
• Abstracts undergo peer review for quality and relevance
• Acceptance notifications provided on a rolling basis until October 15, 2025
• Upon acceptance, proceed with conference registration via the official website
• Virtual presenters will receive meeting codes and Zoom links prior to the conference
• Conference presentations scheduled for November 6-7, 2025
