Author Guidelines
Language and Submission Requirements:
Official Language: English is the official conference language. All papers and presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.
Submission Pathways:
• Full Paper Track: Submit both abstract and full manuscript for consideration in conference proceedings and potential journal publication
• Presentation-Only Track: Submit abstract or extended abstract for oral or poster presentation without proceeding to publication
Research Ethics and Integrity
All conference submissions must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity:
• Original Research: Submissions must report original, previously unpublished findings
• Exclusive Submission: Papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere
• No Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism constitutes serious academic misconduct and will result in immediate rejection
• Ethical Compliance: Research involving human subjects must demonstrate appropriate ethical approval
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Format Specifications:
• Duration: 10 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A
• Slide Recommendation: Maximum 10 slides for optimal pacing
• Suggested Structure:
o Slides 1-3: Introduction, objectives, and methodology
o Slides 4-10: Key findings, analysis, and conclusions
• Software: PowerPoint, Prezi, or equivalent presentation software
• Pacing: Approximately one minute per slide for effective delivery
Poster Presentations
Session Details:
• Duration: 10 minutes maximum per poster discussion
• Format: Digital presentation using PowerPoint or similar software
• Language: All presentations must be conducted in English
• Technical Support: Conference WiFi provided; no need to email presentation files in advance
Virtual Presentations
Live Zoom Sessions:
• Duration: 10 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A
• Real-time interaction: Full audience engagement with live Q&A
Technical Requirements:
• Hardware: Desktop or laptop computer with integrated or external webcam, microphone, and headphones
• Software: Updated Chrome browser (disable antivirus software if it interferes with connection)
• Environment: Quiet, professional setting with adequate lighting
• Internet: Stable broadband connection recommended
• Backup Plan: Test all equipment 24 hours before presentation
Recognition and Certification
Conference Certificates
In-Person Attendees:
• Certificates presented by session chairs immediately following presentations
• Alternative distribution during the closing ceremony for those who miss individual sessions
Virtual Presenters:
• Digital certificates sent via email
• Certificates include official conference branding and participant details
